Well, my birthday has come and gone already this year. I don’t really feel older, but I sure wish I felt wiser. I have so much to learn still. This coming weekend I’ll be spending time with family. I will be hanging out with my mom most of the time. I think I’ll use that time by asking her questions and getting to know what her life was like before marriage and kids. I’m guessing some of her answers will surprise me while others will make me think, “So that’s why….” I will cherish this time I have with my family hoping that they will be with me through eternity in Heaven so I never really have to say good-bye but see you later. Hug those you love tightly, tell them you love them, listen, and learn from them.
